Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Riverdale, UT is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will handle leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour amenities and vacant units, update vacancy and rate information, and respond to resident requests with professionalism and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Competenze

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
