Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Cherry Creek Apartments in Riverdale, UT. You will provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering outstanding resident service.

Your day-to-day includes leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, showing models and vacant units, processing resident communications, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Competenze

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Mansioni

• Provide information and onsite tours to lease apartments.
• Maximize occupancy through leasing and marketing activities.
• Process resident communications and service requests.
• Ensure welcoming, compliant interactions with residents per Fair Housing rules.
