Job summary

Northland is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join the Parke Place community in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will lease apartments, tour prospects, and support resident retention while contributing to marketing efforts and coordinating with the on-site team.

The role requires prior sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Weekend shifts and occasional travel may be needed to assist other properties or attend training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors.
• Working weekend shifts may be required for this role and will be discussed in the interview process.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, or to attend training classes.
• May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Support current resident retention and satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist with community-focused marketing and inbound/outbound calls.
• Balance walk-ins with scheduled appointments and coordinate with onsite team.
