Founders Property Management is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Paradise Valley, AZ. You will meet with prospective tenants, discuss unit features, and guide applicants through the lease process.

You will answer calls, maintain accurate records, and help create a welcoming, service-oriented experience for residents and prospects. Weekend availability is often required and professionalism is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective tenants to assess needs and qualifications.
• Assist prospects in viewing models and reviewing apartment features and lease terms.
• Complete lease forms and maintain resident files securely.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries promptly.
• Represent the company professionally to residents and prospects.
