Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support property marketing and leasing efforts. You will build relationships with prospective residents, assist with advertising, and coordinate tours and applications.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable attendance, and effective communication. Prior property management experience is preferred, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in OneSite property management software preferred.
• Minimum of one year property management experience preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advertising and special promotions for the property.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Assist in marketing and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Handle lease renewals and collect rents and other monies due.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and conduct tours of the model units.
• Respond to calls, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Enter and track service requests; communicate with vendors and supervisors.
• Assist in emergencies and support the Community Manager as needed.
