Responsibilities

• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases per standards.
• Manage daily marketing, admin, and financial operations under the Community Manager.
• Log prospect information into our Property Management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and text messages promptly.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and amenity areas.
• Assist with Move Out inspections and post notices if applicable.
