Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Humble, TX to attract and screen prospective tenants, present available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate with the property manager, and help maintain high occupancy while upholding fair housing and company policies.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year leasing or sales experience, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
