Job summary

ZRS Management in Houston is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present available properties, and guide lease terms to a smooth move-in.

You will market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate leases, and provide outstanding customer service while coordinating with the property manager and team to maintain high occupancy and property standards. Some evening and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties, conduct tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the property manager to achieve leasing goals.
• Stay informed on local rental trends and industry regulations.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins for a smooth process.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work weekends as needed.
