Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms to achieve high occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents during move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; schedule appointments.
• Explain lease and community policies; uphold fair housing and company ethics.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
