Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires in-person sales, tours, and applications processing, with strong communication and attention to detail. Proficiency in Entrata/Yardi or One Site is preferred, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing by greeting prospects, giving tours, and processing applications.
• Design and execute marketing plans to attract traffic and residents.
• Analyze market trends to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Manage lease renewals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure show-ready properties.
