Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong sales ability, organizational skills, and attention to Fair Housing guidelines.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins with the property team. Daily responsibilities include logging prospect data, promoting promotions, and maintaining a deep understanding of the local market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in accordance with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Process lease applications for approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Inspect units and conduct tours for prospects, including model units and common areas.
• Ensure timely logging of prospect information and notifications in the Property Management software.
• Maintain knowledge of community, local market specials, and floor plans.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and communications as needed.
• Stay up to date with promotions and leasing incentives.
• Assist with daily community inspections and other duties as assigned.
