Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for The Atlantic Grand Oaks in Austin, Texas. This full-time role focuses on leasing apartments, qualifying tenants, collecting deposits, and supporting residents.

You will meet with prospective tenants, show available units, process applications, coordinate with management, and contribute to resident retention and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstar, and Yardi preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, provide leasing information, schedule tours.
• Greet prospects, determine needs, show units, collect applications and deposits.
• Prepare move-in packets after approval of applications.
• Explain leases, policies, gate codes, and inventory to residents.
• Walk move-ins to complete inventory and secure signatures.
• Assist in marketing efforts and weekly market surveys.
• Support resident retention and coordinate resident events.
• Keep the office neat and assist with work orders.
