Job summary

Valiant Residential in Austin is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, retention, and occupancy with a customer-service focus. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, and process applications to ensure smooth occupancy.

You will also update reports and coordinate with the Community Manager, monitor renewals, and help maintain high standards of service while upholding Fair Housing compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written English; Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient with MS Office and property software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and submit applications for approval.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
