Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to attract and screen tenants, market properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms. You will manage communications, respond to inquiries, and help residents through move-in while maintaining high occupancy.

Responsibilities include reporting, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring adherence to fair housing policies. A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of leasing or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• One year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and process applications.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries (in person, phone, email).
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents through move-in.
• Maintain relationships with current residents and handle requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and comply with fair housing regulations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and team to achieve leasing goals.
