Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for The Atlantic Grand Oaks, a 240-unit market-rate community in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on leasing apartments, processing applications and deposits, and coordinating with current residents to support lease changes.

The position is full-time and includes duties such as tours, move-in processing, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and provides leasing information; schedules tours and takes maintenance requests.
• Greets prospects, determines needs, shows models and vacancies, collects applications and deposits; explains leases.
• Prepares move-in packet upon application approval.
• Reviews and explains gate cards, codes, lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Walks with residents during move-in to complete inventory and sign-off.
• Performs outreach marketing and market surveys as directed by Property Manager.
• Supports resident retention through event coordination and office upkeep.
• Assists with follow-up on work orders.
