Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Longmont, CO. You will greet clients, present community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include collecting deposits, processing applications, keeping model apartments ready, and maintaining knowledge of lease terms, availability, policies, and procedures. You will engage in outreach marketing and resident retention programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
