Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Utah to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

You will engage with prospective residents, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate records. The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; one year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager) preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; follow up with prospects.
• Update and maintain resident files and leasing reports.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and ensure units are ready.
