Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage prospects.
• Ability to manage tenant inquiries, tours, and renewals with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Design and implement marketing efforts to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure lease renewals are executed on time and manage move-ins.
