Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Yardi and other property management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about the properties.
• Assist potential tenants with the application process, including screening and lease signing.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Maintain positive relationships with current residents and address any concerns or issues they may have.
• Support your property management team.
