S2 Residential in Norcross, GA is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, tour the community, and convert qualified prospects into residents. You’ll contribute ideas to marketing and support resident satisfaction while upholding company values.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of leasing experience or 2 years in customer service, strong communication, excellent organization, and reliable transportation. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to walk the property.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience in a multifamily setting or 2 years in customer service.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to listen and understand goals.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Knowledge of ResMan a plus
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance required

• Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.
