Job summary

Greenwood Star in Norcross, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and assist applicants through the leasing process to ensure a seamless experience for tenants.

The role emphasizes high occupancy, excellent customer service, and collaboration with the management team. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

• Maintain positive relationships with current residents and address any concerns or issues they may have.

You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and assist potential tenants in the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will provide outstanding service to current residents and support your property management team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in property management.
• Familiarity with Yardi and other property management software.
