You will handle tours, respond to inquiries, and support a smooth move-in while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and weekend availability in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations.
• Participate in property marketing events and promotional activities.
• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Determine resident needs and respond promptly to concerns.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly.
• Plan and conduct resident functions as directed by Property Manager.
• Uphold fair housing standards and company policies.
• Work one to two weekends per month.
