Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms.
• Maintain high occupancy and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with move-ins.
• Stay informed on local rental market trends and industry regulations.
• Coordinate events, reporting, and resident communications.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
