Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, guiding prospective residents through the process with professionalism and a focus on the community’s lifestyle offerings. You will manage leads, use CRM, coordinate tours, process applications and renewals, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, explain apartment features, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and guide prospects through tours and leasing process to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect information from prospective residents at move-in and record in system.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data; analyze data.
