Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and ensure move-in readiness while coordinating with maintenance.

You will implement marketing plans, follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy, and use property software to track activity and data. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation for leasing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using internet channels.
