ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and secure tenants for our properties in Houston. You will promote available units, conduct tours, and assist applicants through the lease process while maintaining excellent resident relations.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with the property manager, and ensuring occupancy goals are met. Experience in sales or leasing and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Full-time with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Attract and screen potential tenants and market available properties.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms and policies.
• Process lease paperwork and assist residents to move in smoothly.
• Respond to inquiries and provide leasing information via in-person, phone, and email.
• Meet leasing goals and maintain property standards with the team.
