ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease rental properties, ensuring high occupancy and excellent resident relationships. You will market available properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms while upholding fair housing laws and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of leasing or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and promote properties.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare lease paperwork and negotiate terms.
• Ensure smooth move-in and maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet goals.
• Uphold fair housing policies and company standards.
• Work weekends 1-2 per month.
