ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease units, while promoting properties and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes tours, applications, and coordinating move-ins, with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, 1+ year of leasing/sales experience preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility for weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and respond to inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Assist with leasing paperwork and move-in coordination.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
