The role requires strong customer service, marketing know-how, and compliance with fair housing regulations. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends are needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
