RPM Living in Denver is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations for our communities. You will handle leases, show apartments, and guide prospects from inquiry to move‑in.

The role emphasizes timely responses, application processing with credit checks, and collaboration with maintenance and sales teams to deliver excellent service and drive occupancy. Weekly meetings and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Fair Housing requirements knowledge or compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move‑ins, and obtain signatures.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Close sales, generate leads, conduct tours, and manage follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing to meet objectives.
