Job summary

29th Street is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant in Denver to drive leasing velocity, execute strategic marketing initiatives, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have lease-up experience, outstanding communication and sales skills, and the ability to manage the full leasing cycle from prospect engagement to move-in. You’ll collaborate with marketing, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with laws, and help build a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Experience in lease-up environments or high-volume leasing.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage full leasing cycle with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals (95%+ in lease-up).
• Develop and execute leasing strategies, pricing, concessions, and campaigns.
• Manage full leasing cycle: prospect engagement, applications, lease execution, move-in.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable laws.
• Maintain leasing records, traffic sources, and conversion metrics.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
