Job summary

Madison Communities in Canton, GA is hiring a Leasing Consultant. In this role you’ll be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering friendly service, guiding tours, and promoting our communities to help residents find their perfect home.

You will lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, coordinate the application process, conduct move-in inspections, manage follow-ups, and travel occasionally between Madison Midtown and Madison Grove to support marketing and leasing efforts.

Leasing Consultant – Join Madison Communities!

Location: - On-site: Canton, GA | Schedule: Full-Time

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, providing exceptional service while driving leasing success. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, market our communities, and create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Face of the Community – Provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents, ensuring they have an outstanding experience.

Drive Leasing Success – Effectively lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, and promote our communities as the #1 choice in the market.

Know Your Product – Stay informed about our property, amenities, and the competition to confidently showcase our offerings.

Track & Follow Up – Monitor leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends to optimize leasing strategies.

Facilitate the Lease Process – From application review to finalizing paperwork, ensure seamless and compliant leasing transactions.

Ensure Move-In Readiness – Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs to ensure every home is move-in ready for new residents.

Drive Renewals – Build strong relationships with residents and coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention.

Market Like a Pro – Engage in outside marketing efforts to establish Madison Communities as the go-to choice for apartment living.

Travel – Travel is required for this position. Occasional travel is needed between two of the listed properties: Madison Midtown and Madison Grove

What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent communication skills – You’re a natural at connecting with people and making them feel at home. Creativity & problem-solving – You think outside the box to attract and retain residents.

Tech-savvy – Comfortable with MS Office and property management software.

Property management experience – Preferred but not required – if you have sales or leasing experience, we want to hear from you!

Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring positive energy to the team.

Strong organizational skills – You juggle multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.
