Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also coordinate offsite marketing, analyze market trends, and support lease renewals while maintaining high standards of show quality for residents and owners.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet tools, social media, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Monitors market trends and keeps informed about leasing tools, processes, and industry standards.
• Maintains show quality by inspecting the property and ensuring readiness of show units.
• Responds promptly to resident questions and concerns to support lease renewals and move-in experiences.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the property and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Travels locally for business as required and supports ongoing property operations.
