Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws and Fair Housing policies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and following a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience and facilitate the application.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and drive leases with effective selling techniques.
• Manage leads via CRM and follow up after tours to move toward move-in.
• Coordinate with onsite team to meet occupancy goals and maintain property knowledge.
