Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, market available properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will work closely with the property manager to achieve leasing goals and maintain occupancy through tours, screening, and customer service.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. We offer full-time opportunities with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents to ensure a smooth move-in and maintain high occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with reporting.
