Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain if required by law.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries/leads to identify potential renters and market apartments.
• Lease and renew leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour units, inspect, and communicate concerns to managers.
• Log prospect information and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Stay up to date with promotions and leasing incentives.
