Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market units, and manage leases with a customer‑centered approach at our Marietta properties.

You will work Monday–Friday on-site, using our property management software, and collaborate with the Community Manager to deliver excellent service and Fair Housing compliance. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people‑first company recognized for workplace excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license if required by law or ability to obtain it within the timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads and identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of community and local market specials and floor plans.
• Process lease applications for CM approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of units and common areas, including vacant or model units.
• Inspect pre-leased apartments and communicate concerns to management.
• Utilize and promote all third-party online leasing programs.
• Log prospect information into our Property Management software and respond to communications.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspections (MOVIC) and post notices as needed.
• Support daily community inspections and other duties as assigned.
