GCI Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Legacy Naples in Naples, FL. You will showcase our apartment community, guide prospects through leasing, and ensure a smooth move-in experience. Strong communication and a customer-centric approach are essential.

You will work with a diverse resident base, stay informed on market trends, and collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy. Weekend/evening availability preferred; real estate interest a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and related tools.
• Weekend and evening availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist prospective residents with applications, leases, and documents.
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident information.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and demographics.
