SYNC Residential in Dallas is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant to join the West Dallas team. The role requires at least one year in multifamily leasing, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work Saturdays and alternating late shifts.

You will manage tours, applications, CRM communications, social content, and outreach marketing. Responsibilities include model unit showings, move-in packet preparation, resident events, and ensuring occupancy targets are met.

Competenze

At least 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.
Must be able to work Saturdays (10am-5pm).
Valid driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Mansioni

Tour prospective residents and guide them through the application and leasing process.
Communicate with prospects via the CRM and manage inquiries.
Create social media content and marketing materials for the community.
Complete outreach marketing and verify information on websites and listings.
Prepare move-in packets and coordinate showings for model units.
Support resident events and maintain occupancy and rental rates.
