PeakMade is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for our San Marcos, TX community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by turning tours into leases and delivering world-class resident experiences.

Hitting leasing goals requires strong follow-up, CRM skills, and the ability to quickly respond to inquiries. This role is ideal for a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and works weekends and peak leasing hours.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Proven success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset.
