Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for our off-campus student housing community in San Marcos, Texas. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive occupancy, events, and campaigns that reflect the PeakMade brand.

You will hire and develop leasing staff, deliver excellent customer service, and execute lease-ups, tours, renewals, and resident programs. A leadership mindset and strong social-media/office software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership role preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Communication skills that foster connection and belonging
• Passion for helping college students find their next home

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop full-time and part-time leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade positively
• Plan, prepare, and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs and concerns
• Lease and renew apartments in person, by phone, or online
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits if needed
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data
• Manage online reputation across platforms
