Live AMC seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet clients, present community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified prospects. You will manage deposits, applications, and ensure models and offices are ready for showings while maintaining a clean, professional environment.

Responsibilities include staying informed on lease terms, availability, and market conditions, using effective sales techniques, and supporting outreach marketing to attract residents.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present features/benefits of the community.
• Collect a deposit and process applications.
• Ensure model/apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Contact apartment locator services and local businesses for information.
• Market outreach and competitive property shopping.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and maintain records.
• Report unusual circumstances about property/residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
