Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the community’s sales representative, greet clients, present features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, customer service, and sales skills in a fast-paced environment, with full-time hours and company benefits variably available by location.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service experience preferred in leasing.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features and benefits.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Conduct outreach with local businesses and apartment locators.
• Develop resident retention programs.
• Maintain resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
