Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in an on-site capacity to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and assist with resident relations and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities include processing renewals, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure move-in readiness and high customer service levels.

Responsibilities

• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Assist with work orders, invoices, and clerical tasks as needed.
