Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is hiring a Leasing Consultant for The Enclave in Elizabethtown, KY. You will greet prospective residents, showcase floor plans, and guide applicants through the leasing process to help them find their next home.

You will work a day shift in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, using property management software and Microsoft Office to prepare leases, maintain records, and coordinate resident events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents at the community.
• Showcase property features and floor plans.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and paperwork.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and compliantly.
• Maintain positive relationships with current residents.
