Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Enclave to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and process lease agreements.

This role offers monthly commissions, paid holidays, generous PTO, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on customer service, sales, and detail-oriented property management tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours.
• Complete lease agreements and collect required deposits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases.
• Maintain resident files and leasing documentation.
• Prepare model homes and ensure vacant apartments are tour-ready.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns.
• Perform daily property inspections.
• Build relationships with local businesses and assist with marketing efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, amenities, and community policies.
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company guidelines.
