Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Tech-savvy with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with prospective residents.
• Showcase features and amenities of the property.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process with care and detail.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in line with legal requirements.
