You will follow up with prospects, stay current on property knowledge, and assist with marketing plans and events to drive occupancy and strong community relations.

Qualifications

• Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Support Managers in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Conduct daily follow-up with prospects and close leases.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and market.
• Collaborate to achieve leasing goals and renewal programs.
• Keep office and model units clean and professional.
• Fill in for team members and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Manage online presence and coordinate events and campus advertising.
• Network with local housing professionals and stay current on market trends.
• Promote positive resident relations and enforce policies.
• Ensure property management software is accurate and up to date.
