Job summary

Greenwood Star Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive high occupancy by leasing available units and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and assist applicants through the application process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role on our property management team. Your primary objective will be to ensure high occupancy rates by effectively leasing available units and providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and assist potential tenants in the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will provide outstanding service to current residents and support your property management team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in property management.


• Familiarity with Yardi and other property management software.


• Experience with Section 8 and Housing Voucher Programs.
