Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional community and apartment tours.
• Process rental applications and coordinate screenings.
• Prepare lease documents, move-in packages, and required forms.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in the property management system.
• Support marketing campaigns, leasing events, and promotional programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents throughout the lease term.
